HIGUERóN SOUTH RESIDENCES
South Residences takes its inspiration from the suites of Higuerón Hotel's Leiro collection, translating that same avant garde spirit into a residential community shaped by curved lines that echo a seashell, the enduring symbol of the Mediterranean. Each building carries the name of an artist, Leiro, Brinkmann, Darko and El Alfil, and each one has been finished with corten steel, wood and stone, materials chosen to age gracefully alongside the landscape they sit within.
The homes themselves are just as considered, a moveable wall connects the main bedroom to the living room in every apartment, opening the space to more light and letting the sea view travel freely from one room to the next. It is a home designed less around walls and more around the feeling of never quite being closed off from the world outside.
