Villa Superior is a world class contemporary mansion with six bedrooms, set on an exceptionally large plot of 2,319 m2 on the hills of Peyia, close to the Blue Flag beaches of Coral Bay and the Akamas National Park. With a total covered area of 1,372 m2 the villa offers generous living space on three levels, connected by a private lift, with uninterrupted views over the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding landscape.
The ground floor is designed around light and open space: a piano lounge, two living areas, a dining area and a large kitchen with pantry all open onto covered and uncovered verandas and the 20 metre swimming pool with shallow pool and waterfall features. A separate study with en suite bathroom and a guest WC complete this level.
The first floor houses five en suite bedrooms, including the master suite with dressing room and private terrace. The lower ground floor is dedicated to leisure and wellness, with a gym, sauna, wine cellar, games area and a multipurpose room. A detached guest house with its own garage sits at the entrance of the plot.
Finishes are to the highest standard: marble floors in the living areas, engineered parquet in the bedrooms, custom made kitchen and wardrobes, thermal aluminium frames with double glazing, underfloor heating, solar water heating and photovoltaic panels. The villa is sold off plan by Aristo Developers and will be delivered with an Energy Performance Certificate.
Location: 7 minutes to the sea, 12 minutes to shopping, 25 minutes to golf, 30 minutes to Paphos International Airport.
