A Private Collection of Four-Bedroom Villas Above the Costa del Sol

Seven Pearls is a curated assembly of seven individually positioned villas set within a gated residential enclave in the hills of Mijas. Six residences remain available. Each occupies its own generous plot, separated from its neighbours by mature landscaping and terraced grounds, creating an atmosphere of genuine seclusion within a cohesive community.

The architecture is clean and contemporary, defined by horizontal planes, expansive glazing and smooth white facades that feel both timeless and modern. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors dissolve the threshold between interior and exterior, drawing the Mediterranean landscape directly into the living spaces. Covered and open terraces extend the social areas outward, while private swimming pools measuring approximately 3.3 by 8.6 metres anchor each garden below.

Inside, the ground floor unfolds across a flowing open plan connecting living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast island. Large format porcelain flooring in a neutral tone runs throughout. Kitchens are fitted with Siemens or equivalent appliances. Interior doors reach 2.40 metres. Four en-suite bedrooms with fitted wardrobes occupy the upper levels, with the master suite accessing a private terrace oriented toward the sea. Bathrooms throughout are appointed with Roca wall-hung sanitaryware and shower trays.Climate comfort is addressed through full underfloor heating, independent air conditioning by zone and aerothermal domestic hot water.

Each villa includes a private garage, parking and video intercom. Villas 5 and 6 additionally incorporate a private elevator.

Where Contemporary Architecture Meets the Andalusian Landscape

The positioning of each villa has been carefully considered to optimise orientation, views and privacy simultaneously. Set on a naturally sloping site, the residences step up through the hillside, each elevated above the next to preserve uninterrupted sightlines toward the Mediterranean. No two villas share the same perspective, yet all benefit from the same commanding relationship with the horizon.

Living here is defined by the ease of movement between inside and out. Wide sliding doors open the living room directly to terrace and garden. On warmer evenings, the outdoor dining and lounge areas become natural extensions of the interior. On cooler mornings, the underfloor heating and natural light maintain the same sense of warmth and openness throughout.

The interiors are finished to a standard that prioritises material quality over decorative complexity. Neutral tones allow each owner to personalise the spaces, while the architecture provides structure and character. Each villa comes with a private garden framing pool and terraces with planted boundaries, and the site as a whole is landscaped to feel cohesive without being uniform.

Mijas, Between the Sierra and the Sea

Mijas occupies a privileged position in the central stretch of the Costa del Sol, rising from a coastline of Blue Flag beaches into the foothills of the Sierra de Mijas. The municipality retains a character that is distinctly Andalusian, with whitewashed villages, cobbled lanes and a cultural depth shaped by centuries of history, while sitting within one of the most internationally connected regions of southern Spain.

The coastline below offers well-maintained beaches, beach clubs, seafood restaurants and waterside cafes within a short drive. Several championship golf courses lie within twenty minutes. Day-to-day needs are fully covered nearby, including supermarkets, international schools, private health clinics and a range of leisure facilities. Málaga International Airport and the high-speed rail station are both less than twenty minutes away by car. For those who stay local, hiking, paragliding, scuba diving and the preserved streets of Mijas Pueblo are all part of the daily landscape.
