Where automotive design meets residential architecture
The Esmeralda Villa is the four-bedroom expression of the Tierra Viva collection. Across four levels connected by a private elevator, it delivers constructed areas of between 788 and 837 square metres on plots ranging from 1,191 to 1,251 square metres, with panoramic views over the Mediterranean and the golf valley from every principal level. Three units are available, priced between €9.0 million and €9.6 million excluding VAT.
The architecture follows the Lamborghini design brief with full conviction. The façade is angular and low-slung, with cantilevered horizontal planes that frame the view and provide shade to the terraces below. Full-height glazing runs the length of the principal living floor, connecting the interior directly to the private infinity pool terrace and the landscape beyond. The pool is positioned at the optimal level for the sea view to fill the entire horizon from the water's edge.
Inside, four bedrooms are each served by a dedicated bathroom with Duravit or Villeroy and Boch sanitaryware, Hansgrohe or Gessi fixtures and high-quality solid surface countertops. The main kitchen features Miele appliances, Cosentino or Inalco surfaces and lacquered or laminate cabinetry. The basement level provides a home theatre, wine cellar, steam and sauna room, spa room and multipurpose room. The rooftop terrace completes the vertical sequence with unobstructed open-sky views above the roofline. The glass car elevator, where specified, frames the owner's vehicle as a sculptural feature within the entrance hall.
