Chantal Cunningham brings more than a decade of seasoned leadership to Baerz & Co’s international advisory division. Born and raised in the rolling hills of the Cotswolds, she later earned her Master’s degree in Marketing & Communication Sciences at the University of Oxford, an academic foundation that shaped her strategic instincts and refined understanding of client psychology.

Her early career took her across Europe, working in Italy, France, and Portugal for two renowned real estate groups. Those years immersed her in diverse cultures, negotiation styles, and luxury buyer expectations. When Chantal joined Baerz & Co eleven years ago, it quickly became clear: she was the missing piece. Today she leads a large and fast-growing team of Property Advisors across Europe and beyond, anchoring the organisation with her clarity, structure, and calm authority.

Chantal is known for an exceptional ability to truly listen, absorbing complex buyer needs and translating them into clear, actionable pathways for her team. She channels the vast flow of incoming requests with precision, ensuring that every prospective buyer is met with the level of personal attention that defines our boutique approach. Her leadership blends gentle guidance with sharp oversight: she delegates smartly, empowers her advisors, and still manages to keep every detail within view. Fluent in five languages, Chantal is a natural connector and motivator. She has an intuitive feel for the expectations of our high-net-worth clientele—people who value discretion, efficiency, and expertise at the highest level. Outside of work, Chantal lives in London with her husband and their two daughters. When she’s not travelling across Europe for Baerz, she can be found sailing on the Solent, enjoying long woodland walks, skiing in the Alps, or diving into her ongoing studies in psychology. Her family always comes first, but she embraces life with the same curiosity and poise that define her professional leadership.
