Quinta da Janela Azul is located in the countryside, 3.5 km from Tavira. Although so close to the city and beaches, its contrasting surroundings spread the tranquillity of the countryside.The Quinta extends over 40,800 m2, predominantly planted with avocado trees.The old house gave way to a small development consisting of 7 apartments (4xT2, 2xT3 and 1xT1), with a pleasant view over the plantation. This project was carefully designed to reconcile modern architecture and decoration with a country environment, so symbolically all the apartments were named after fruits.There is also a communal dining area, suitable for larger groups of up to 16 people.The farm has private parking and a heated pool.All apartments are fully furnished and equipped and have air conditioning.The Quinta has water from the dam and borehole.Local accommodationThe Quinta is currently being used for Short Term Accommodation with a very interesting rate of return, which can be shared if you are interested.Tavira is one of the most charming villages in the Algarve, and is a wonderful holiday destination.
