Where automotive design meets residential architecture
The Zafiro Villa is the five-bedroom configuration within Tierra Viva and the most expansive of the available types, with constructed areas of between 1,014 and 1,146 square metres on plots of up to 1,662 square metres. Three units are currently available, priced between €11.35 million and €12.77 million excluding VAT. At this scale and specification, the Zafiro Villa is among the most significant private residences currently under construction anywhere on the Costa del Sol.
The Lamborghini design intent is felt most powerfully at this scale. The massing of the villa, the depth of the overhanging roofline and the width of the principal glazed elevation all read as direct architectural translations of the marque's proportional language. The private infinity pool has its own terrace level, positioned in the hillside to maximise the sea view and to create a visual axis between the water surface and the horizon that is uninterrupted by the architecture below. A rooftop terrace extends the experience above the roofline.
Five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and dressing area, occupy the upper floor. The main living and dining floor is a single open volume connecting the kitchen, formal living and informal seating areas through the full-height glazing to the terrace and pool. The basement level at this scale is a private amenity floor without precedent in this price range: home theatre, wine cellar, steam and sauna room, spa room, multipurpose room and the glass car elevator that has become the defining architectural detail of the collection. Miele appliances, Cosentino and Inalco surfaces, Duravit sanitaryware and Hansgrohe or Gessi fixtures throughout.

TIERRA VIVA
Tierra Viva is a collection of luxury branded villas developed in collaboration with Automobili Lamborghini, translating the marque's design philosophy into private residential architecture for the first time in Spain. Fifty-three villas occupy a privileged hillside position in Paraíso Alto, Benahavís, one of the most sought-after addresses on the western Costa del Sol, with panoramic views over the Mediterranean, the golf valley below and the mountains of the interior.
The Lamborghini influence is not superficial. It defines the proportions, the material palette and the spatial logic of every villa in the collection. The architecture is horizontal and aerodynamic, with deep cantilevered overhangs, angular volumes and full-height glazing that frames the landscape as a living element of the interior. Yellow accents, the marque's signature, appear with restraint throughout the interiors. The overall effect is a home that communicates performance and precision at the same scale and with the same conviction as the cars that inspired it.
Every villa is delivered unfurnished but fully fitted to an exceptional specification. Miele kitchen appliances, Duravit and Villeroy and Boch sanitaryware, Hansgrohe or Gessi sanitary fixtures, Cosentino and Inalco surfaces throughout, aerothermal heating and cooling by Daikin or Vaillant and a private passenger elevator connecting all levels. A glass car elevator, available in select units, positions the owner's vehicle as an illuminated sculptural feature within the entrance volume of the home.
