Bijzonder Wonen Makelaardij mediates in the sale of unique residential objects, small or large, from farmhouses to town buildings, monumental or otherwise special. Our primary working area is the beautiful Bommelerwaard ("island between the rivers").

We do not profile ourselves on exclusivity in terms of price but exclusivity of the object and the corresponding service level. We have extensive knowledge in the field of construction and history and are constantly working on further training.

Jeanette was born and raised in the Bommelerwaard. She has been working as a partner at Bijzonder Wonen Makelaardij since 2002. She knows the Bommelerwaard and its surroundings blindfolded. She is proud of this area and likes to spread this feeling to potential new inhabitants of the Rivierengebied. Thanks to her knowledge of the business and your property, she is in an excellent position to inspire the potential buyer at the first contact.
