16+ takes its name from the sixteen linear metres of façade given to every home, a deliberate choice that opens each residence to the landscape without ever giving up privacy. Just nineteen residences make up the entire collection, spread across two intimate modules, each one a two floor home built around light, space and the feeling of having room to breathe.
