There is no more coveted residential address on the Costa del Sol than Finca Cortesin. The private estate in Casares, with its championship golf course, five-star hotel, beach club and extraordinary natural setting above the Mediterranean, operates at a standard that no standalone development can replicate. Eight residences of this type are available across Block C and Block D, each sitting on the Finca Cortesin hillside with views over the golf course and, depending on orientation and floor, across the Mediterranean. The Missoni design language defines the interior experience throughout. Warm natural tones, signature textile-inspired surface patterns and a layered material palette create an atmosphere that is immediately recognisable as the work of a house with seven decades of design authority. Full-height glazing connects the open plan living and dining area directly to the private terrace, making the view a permanent feature of the interior rather than something glimpsed from a window. Two bedrooms, each with a dedicated bathroom, are positioned for complete privacy from the main living volume. One parking space is included.

Golf club, beach club, hotel and spa access at Finca Cortesin is part of the daily living environment for every Marea resident. A monthly service charge of €350 covers communal maintenance and estate services.

Marea is a residential development of 65 apartments at Finca Cortesin, the most exclusive private estate on the Costa del Sol, designed in partnership with Missoni, the Italian fashion and interiors house whose name has defined the upper register of global design for more than seventy years. The project occupies four low-rise blocks within the grounds of Finca Cortesin, each positioned on the hillside to maximise views across the golf course and towards the Mediterranean, in a setting that is genuinely without peer on the southern coast of Spain.

Missoni's involvement is not limited to the interior decoration. The brand's aesthetic, its mastery of colour, texture, layering and the relationship between pattern and space, defines the entire sensory experience of living at Marea. The palette moves between warm neutrals and coastal blues, with Missoni's signature textile patterns appearing in wall coverings, soft furnishings and surface treatments throughout the common areas and individual residences. The result is a home that communicates a quality of taste that architecture alone cannot achieve.

The construction specification is consistent with the standard of the estate in which it sits. Full-height glazing on all principal elevations. Premium stone and porcelain surfaces throughout.
