Set in Brejos da Carregueira, one of Comportas most exclusive and sought-after locations, this contemporary 5 bedroom villa combines the regions traditional architectural language with a refined modern approach, defined by simplicity, natural light and a seamless connection to the outdoors.
Occupying a 771 sqm plot and offering 307 sqm of built area, the property has been designed for a relaxed yet sophisticated lifestyle. The generous social areas flow naturally between the living room, dining area and kitchen, extending onto the terraces, garden and private swimming pool through large glazed openings.
Natural materials play a central role throughout the design. Timber ceilings, neutral finishes, continuous flooring and wooden pergolas create a calm, timeless and elegant atmosphere, in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
The accommodation comprises four bedrooms and an additional TV room, offering flexibility for use as a fifth bedroom, home office or informal living space. On the upper floor, a terrace with a fireplace provides an inviting setting for outdoor dining and entertaining, while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere that defines Brejos da Carregueira.
Scheduled for completion in early 2027, this newly built villa represents an attractive opportunity for use as a permanent residence, holiday home or high-end investment in one of Comportas most desirable settings.
