Green Valley is a collection of 63 single-level townhouses and semi-detached homes situated within Cerrado del Águila, one of the most established and well-regarded residential communities on the Costa del Sol. The development was designed around a clear architectural conviction: that a home in the Mediterranean should open outward, not close inward. Every property sits on a single floor. There are no internal staircases, no dead-end corridors and no wasted space.
