Beautiful villa in traditional Spanish Mediterranean style with sea views, located near one of the most emblematic beaches of Jávea, Cala Baracca, with spectacular views of the island of Portixol and the tip of Cabo Prim. You will be amazed by the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The villa is a stone's throw from the beach, restaurants, international schools and several nature parks.
The villa is spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a beautiful dining room with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and a fully equipped kitchen, all with access to the outdoor terraces and a beautiful naya.
