In the center of Nieuw Loosdrecht on the Nieuw-Loosdrechtsedijk 87-89 this unique monument is being renovated. It concerns a very beautifully situated unique monumental farmhouse (built in 1678) situated in a sought after location.
The monument has already been restored on the outside and is offered in shell condition.
The farmhouse is ideally located near various facilities. The shopping center is only 500 meters away where you can go for groceries including a Jumbo, Hema and Kruidvat and schools are a short distance.
There is also plenty of nature such as the water sports area the Loosdrechtse Plassen, Zonnestraal Estate, the Hoorneboegse heath.
For more urban facilities such as stores, (international) schools and a railway station you can go to Hilversum which is less than 10 minutes away.
Its location between Amsterdam, Utrecht and Amersfoort makes Loosdrecht a very central and attractive place to live.
HenE Architects drew the design of the layout of the house but of course you can arrange the house as you see fit. In the current design, the villa has a private driveway and a spacious garden with the possibility for an outbuilding/ guesthouse or garage. The farmhouse is situated on a large plot of approximately 1775 m², the garden still needs to be landscaped. There is already a garden design available at our office.
