The rustic country house is located on a sunny slope in Piesendorf and offers breathtaking views of the Hohe Tauern mountains.
The entrance to the house is on the first floor. The foyer leads to the country-style kitchen with separate dining room, living room and guest toilet. A separate gallery on the upper floor is accessible from the living room.
Upstairs there is a guest room with a separate toilet and shower. On the way up to the upper floor is a mezzanine with a study.
The basement has a spacious master area with walk-in closet and a bathroom with tub. Also on this floor are storage rooms and a laundry room.
The home has beautiful south facing balconies and patios that offer stunning views of the mountains and are wonderful places to relax and enjoy the sun.
There is a possibility to expand the old house or to build a new one on the property.
