Nancy Dielissen

Nancy Dielissen is the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of Baerz & Co Luxury Homes International. As Managing Director, she oversees the overall coordination of the international property platform, relationships with affiliated real estate agencies, the organisation's continued development and communication with its many international partners.

Nancy began her professional career in the banking sector, initially working in financial advisory services before moving into corporate communications and marketing. These different disciplines gave her a broad business perspective and a strong appreciation for the importance of trust, clear communication and lasting professional relationships. The combination of financial knowledge, commercial insight and a natural understanding of people continues to shape her approach to business today.

At Baerz & Co, Nancy's responsibilities are remarkably diverse. She maintains close personal relationships with international real estate partners, guides new agencies through the affiliation process and coordinates collaboration across the network. She is also closely involved in the ongoing development and daily management of the Baerz platform, working alongside IT specialists, web developers and marketing professionals. From new functionalities and technical improvements to the presentation of properties and destinations, Nancy ensures that everything comes together and meets the organisation's standards.

Communications, marketing and relationship management are equally important parts of her role. One of her particular responsibilities is the Baerz & Co Magazine, which she coordinates from concept to publication. This includes working closely with the publisher and participating real estate agencies, overseeing editorial content, writing articles and creating advertisements. Her natural sense of language, design and presentation plays an important role in bringing these different elements together.

What distinguishes Nancy is her ability to move effortlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. One moment she may be discussing a new international partnership, the next she is working with developers on technical improvements or creating a marketing campaign. She enjoys turning ideas into reality and prefers to remain personally involved rather than managing everything from a distance. Clear communication, practical solutions and taking responsibility are central to the way she works.

Her curiosity about people and the world extends well beyond her professional career. Nancy has travelled extensively, experienced different cultures and developed a broad international outlook. She also served as a volunteer firefighter and worked as a presenter for a local broadcasting station. Two very different experiences, yet both reflect her personality: engaged, communicative, practical and never hesitant to take responsibility when it matters.
