Her early career took her across Europe, working in Italy, France, and Portugal for two renowned real estate groups. Those years immersed her in diverse cultures, negotiation styles, and luxury buyer expectations. When Chantal joined Baerz & Co eleven years ago, it quickly became clear: she was the missing piece. Today she leads a large and fast-growing team of Property Advisors across Europe and beyond, anchoring the organisation with her clarity, structure, and calm authority.
Chantal is known for an exceptional ability to truly listen, absorbing complex buyer needs and translating them into clear, actionable pathways for her team.
