This beautiful, modern villa is spread over 4 floors.

On the top floor there is a parking for 2 cars and the entrance to the villa. Here is also access to the spectacular roof terrace where you can enjoy the breathtaking view from the jacuzzi in luxury.

One floor below there are 3 beautiful bedrooms with bathroom en-suite. These spacious rooms open onto a terrace, where you can chill and enjoy yourself.

With the elevator or stairs we go one floor down. Here we enter the heart of the villa where there is a very spacious lounge with dining area and a fully equipped modern open kitchen. Through the large windows we also experience that endless sea view. On this level we also find the master bedroom with dressing room and luxurious bathroom. The terrace offers an oasis of peace where you can relax by the cooling pool. It is possible to heat the pool in winter thanks to the motorized thermal cover, so you can enjoy it all year round.

You can furnish the basement as you wish. This consists of one large room which can be used for various purposes, such as a gym and home cinema or extra bedrooms.
