The serene tranquility and beauty of the Spanish campo makes you forget that all amenities are within a short drive: various supermarkets, restaurants and shops can be reached within 15 minutes and the nearest (pebble) beach with chiringuito is only 5 min. away.

Upon arrival you are welcomed by a beautifully lit driveway. The landscaped garden consists, as the name of the finca suggests, of more than 120 palms and offers a varied flora with fruit trees and olive trees, which are supplied with water by a fully automated irrigation system. At the end of this driveway we find a large indoor garage and a carport for two cars.

On this level is the main house which consists of an elegant entrance hall, a spacious dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen with high-quality appliances such as an American fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and a spacious workbench. The living room is a comfortable place to relax with a fireplace, air conditioning and central heating. We also find a very spacious master bedroom with a sitting area, two walk-in closets and an ensuite bathroom, equipped with two sinks, a whirlpool with jets, a walk-in rain shower, a separate toilet and a sauna. There is also a large office, a laundry room, a guest toilet and a spacious patio. In addition, there is an open storage room and a technical room for the water installations and a heat pump. A dog house with indoor and outdoor run completes the whole.

The finca is equipped with 35 solar panels with a capacity of 15 kW, and there is fast 600 MB fiber internet connection available, 15 security cameras and alarm sensors throughout the house and thanks to a home automation system the lighting, gates and garages can be easily controlled remotely. The villa has a separate service entrance and a fully functional water well with sand filters for its own water supply. The cellar houses a water treatment system with ultraviolet light and an anti-limescale installation, which guarantees pure drinking water.
