Through this hall you enter the living room which is divided into a work/study room on the right side with a garden room behind it. In the middle is also a toilet room and the staircase to the first floor. On the left side is the very spacious living room which has a typical 1970s sitting pit in front of the large fireplace. At the rear, a separate sitting room has been created. This room has a door to the kitchen, which can also be accessed via the living room. The kitchen exudes the atmosphere of the early 1970s, very nice to go back in time. In the spacious kitchen you will find a wicket door and a large window overlooking and accessing the 50-metre deep back garden. During the renovation and merging of the 3 houses in the 1970s under the supervision of architect J. Leicher, many fine details have remained visible so that you can still see that they were originally 3 houses.

We take you to the first floor: The fixed staircase takes you to the landing. For convenience, we will divide it briefly into 3 parts: Part 1 the left corner house: here you will find a very spacious bedroom which covers the entire area of 1 original workers' house. At the rear, more dormers may be placed in consultation with the municipality of Stichtse Vecht and the monument committee. Garden and surroundings: You can reach Oud Over 128 either via the village of Loenen aan de Vecht or via the village of Vreeland, but what is striking is the wonderfully beautiful surroundings around Oud Over. Many books have been published about the Vecht region and with good reason: the beautiful estates founded in the golden age are just a stone's throw away from this house.
When you arrive at the house, the front garden is immediately visible, especially due to its generous width. A lovely garden where you can enjoy moments of both serene tranquillity and vistas as well as the pleasant bustle of passing boats and the setting sun on sunny days. A large jetty provides space for mooring your own vessel so you can discover the beauty of the Vecht region for yourself. Cruising the Vecht or discovering the Loosdrecht lakes and the Wijde Blik by yourself are among the many possibilities. Swimming or Suppen from your own jetty is of course also possible. The wide alley next to the house belongs to the property of Oud Over 128, allowing you to pass by the house to the large back garden. Here stands ensemble of old sheds and a small garage.
