Entrance

The large hall warmly welcomes you; generous and airy. Hang your coat in the wardrobe on the right, opposite the toilet. On the left is the staircase to the upper floor. A large mezzanine offers height and thus light and space. The rounded corners of the entrance and the applied colors give the whole a warm and welcoming look.

Living space

The dining room, living room and kitchen are well connected, without compromising on functionality. From the hall you reach, through double doors, the spacious dining room overlooking the woodland garden. Here is The Table that can do anything. Here you can read the newspapers together, turn a simple dinner into something special, and enjoy extensive family dinners which become memories for life.

On the left is the living room with access to a loggia, an outdoor room under the shelter of the upper floor. The living room is light because of the windows all around. As its warmly beating heart, it has a beautiful antique French fireplace of black natural stone. To the right of the dining room is the kitchen, which really has been designed for those who love cooking. At the rear is a bar, so you can sit down while cooking. On the left is a spacious refrigerator with two ovens next to it, namely a convection oven and a steam oven with a fixed water connection. Then there is a spacious stove with three large induction burners, including one for Asian-style stir-frying. The burners are interrupted by a double teppanyaki plate, and there is also a warming drawer with sufficient height.

The kitchen opens onto a terrace, where you can enjoy the morning birds and sunshine through the foliage. Through two sliding doors on the opposite side, the kitchen is connected to a second living room, overlooking the front garden. The color applied here to the walls ("Bookroom Red") is very appropriate here. A stylish fireplace forms a whole with the custom-made book wall. This cosy space invites you to crawl away in a book or to watch a favourite TV series or film.

To the right of the kitchen is the fully equipped utility room, with a sink and a substructure with plenty of storage space. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. To the right at the front is a large pantry. This space is not heated and remains pleasantly cool in all seasons. The ideal place for the wine collection. From the pantry you enter the garage, where there is enough space for a large car and bicycles. There is a wall-covering closet in which the water softener is concealed.

Upper floor

Through the hall the staircase to the upper floor. Upstairs is a large window with patio doors to the spacious balcony. On the far left is a room that is used by the current residents as a study. Spacious and overlooking the front garden. A wonderful place to work quietly.
Then the Master Bedroom. A true dream room, consisting of three rooms connected by spacious passages. On the left is a luxurious dressing room overlooking the garden.
In the middle the bedroom. The roof was extended here so that there are no sloping walls. The result is a balanced and serene room, with a beautiful view of the forest. Through the loft and a spacious hallway, at the front a bedroom with stunning views of front garden and forest. Opposite this room, a second luxurious bathroom with toilet.
At the end of the hallway is the entrance to a surprisingly large room overlooking the garden at the rear and side. A lovely space for hobbies and also very suitable as a spacious workspace or children's playroom. From this room a beautifully concealed storage space is accessible, which also houses the boiler of the central heating.
