A few steps from the living room lead up to the elevated period room, with the original banisters. The elevated room features wooden flooring that has been insulated from the cellar.

The modern kitchen can be accessed from the hall, the elevated period room, the pantry and the mud room. The solid oak kitchen in an Eco Flexa Monaco color scheme (RAL 6075) is finished with a burnished Belgian hard stone countertop with sink and is fitted with a full range of appliances. This includes a refrigerator/ freezer (ATG), a dishwasher (Miele), an extractor system (Siemens) and a close-in boiler. The AGA Six-Four stove is the focal point of the kitchen, and will make every culinary enthusiast's pulse quicken. Next to the kitchen window is a matching custom oak bench. The original stained-glass sliding doors lead from the kitchen to the study. One walls of the study is fitted with bookcases with a ladder and opposite this wall is a staircase cupboard for extra storage space. There is also access to the original pantry through French doors in the kitchen, which leads through to the terrace. This once served as the mud room, where the farmer could take off his dirty boots and work clothes when he came in after a long day's work on the fields. This room is currently used for storage. The mud room can be altered, as long as it stays within the monumental guidelines.

Beneath the elevated period room is the original cellar equipped with masonry cheese-vats. Copies of the original cellar screens were handcrafted and match those in the living room, the elevated period room, study, front door, and bedroom windows.

Former stable:
The former stable can be accessed from the kitchen, the side, and the rear. The barn has been partially modernized, now used as a bedroom and laundry room. The renovated space is equipped with underfloor heating (adjustable per area) and windows (one high and one low) and French window doors with wooden shutters that you can close from the inside. The separate laundry room, equipped with mechanical ventilation, has a nostalgic kitchen unit with a granite countertop. Behind the curtains underneath the countertop are a few shelves for storage. The central heating unit (Nefit 2015) is neatly tucked away behind the door. The laundry room is fitted with the same natural stone flooring as the house.

The master bedroom with a spacious bathroom can be accessed from the former stable. The bedroom also features large French glass doors to the terrace and a window with wooden shutters that can be closed from the inside.
