Excellent Media Group, owned by Frank Kerkhofs, is known from the leading luxury home magazine Excellent Wonen & Leven and its annual Excellent luxury home fair. Baerz & Co, owned by Peter Beerents and Nancy Dielissen, is responsible for the (inter)national marketing of luxury homes for renowned prime residential real estate agents, both at home and abroad. According to both parties, it was inevitable to join forces in the Netherlands because their target groups are closely intertwined. The collaboration includes the production of the quarterly Magazine Baerz & Co Luxury Homes. 272 pages full of brilliant photography of luxurious homes, interiors and gardens and handy overviews of many top suppliers.
