Exceptional villa located in Benissa (Olta) , with spectacular views of the sea and the mountains and lots of privacy, surrounded by forests and hiking trails.

Villa Natura, unlike conventional villas, was built (in 2010) with ecological materials and designed with bioclimatic criteria, which allows the house to maintain a comfortable temperature and humidity throughout the year, with hardly any use of heating or air conditioning. However, for greater comfort, the house has a hot/cold airconditioning through ducts on the ground floor and with splits on the upper floor. 

It is built on a plot of 10.030 m² of which 1.300 m2 is completely flat and fenced. The rest of the plot consists of terraces with the possibility of planting fruit trees or using that area for horses, etc.

The house has a constructed area of 230 m² + 80 m2 of basement. Its interior is decorated in a modern style contrasting with the rustic style of the exterior of the house. It is distributed over two floors.

The ground floor consists of a spacious living/dining room furnished with modern and comfortable furniture, a functional open kitchen with an exclusive design, fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. Next to the kitchen are the laundry room and the pantry. From the living/dining room you have direct access to the covered, glazed terrace and to the pool and barbecue area. Outside there is a covered, glazed terrace, overlooking the sea and the pool. The pool measures 8x4 with Roman steps and allows you to enjoy a pleasant swim while contemplating the views of the sea and the mountains. Note that the pool chlorination system is ecological. Around the pool, you can enjoy a large and comfortable area of artificial grass, ideal for sunbathing, an outdoor shower, 6 hammocks and a built-in barbecue equipped with electric grill. Last but not least there is parking area 3-4 vehicles.
