PAYMENT PLAN
The development offers a structured and investor-friendly payment plan:

• Deposit upon signing the Preliminary Agreement – 10% of the unit price (reduced by the reservation agreement deposit) / 30–60 days after signing the Reservation Agreement.
• First installment – 30% of the unit price (reduced by the preliminary agreement deposit) / second quarter of 2026.
• Second and third installments according to construction progress – 25% / January 2027 / January 2028.
• Final installment upon delivery – 20% (first quarter of 2029).
