The chukum-finished filtered pool is large enough to swim laps and filled from one of the hacienda’s wells with cool fresh (and free) water from the hidden cenotes. The hacienda has a large transformer roughly 3.5 years old and a semi-private electricity line from the main road.
A new one bedroom, one bath manager’s house is under construction and included in the sale. It has a living/dining room, kitchen and surrounding terrace with swim-corridor. Much of the property is kept as a jungle preserve; the land immediately around the hacienda buildings is planted with banana, pomegranate, exotic plants, amongst which you can find the remains of other unremodeled Maya houses, the old “calabozo”...... The entrance to the hacienda has been kept hidden and private by design. This is a magical property!
The owners have priced the properte at 38,000,000 pesos. The dollar price will adjust according the the bank rate of exchange at closing.
