Beautiful newly built villa in La Nucía consisting of three floors;  The ground floor, the main level of the house, includes a toilet and the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen-dining room shares an open space with the living room, differentiated by its double height and access by two steps, providing spaciousness and prominence.

The first floor has two en-suite bedrooms with dressing rooms, both with sea views. Its design uses natural materials and details that guarantee comfort. The swimming pool, with its irregular shape, harmonizes with the façade and connects the levels of the plot. To ensure privacy without obstructing the sea views, landscaping was designed with shrubs, trees and vegetation forming natural barriers.
