Our specialism
We love Leiden, the bulb region and the Green Heart. It is one of the most beautiful areas of our country. The monumental buildings, the impressive history, the lively neighborhoods, the sea so close by, the many rivers and lakes; we cherish it. As human beings. As real estate agents. We know the unique locations and the better houses in this privileged and densely populated region like no other. It is not by chance our specialty.
Our passion
We love things that are right: good light, special architecture, sustainable technology, a beautiful view and authentic details. We often have this in common with our clients and see it reflected in our region. Since 2013, we have been helping people who entrust the sale of their home to us. Or we guide them in their search for that one suitable house in that still overstrained market. That is our profession. And at the same time our passion. Think of Graal Makelaardij as a special store, where you will find dedication, knowledge and quality.
Our ambition
We love results. We score the right supply/demand match based on thorough big data analysis and smart use of online marketing and social media. Our personal commitment is just as important. Just like the contact with the people we work for. Clients can count on intensive guidance and honest advice at every stage of the buying and selling process. Our extensive network, our membership of the NVM and Baerz & Co help us with this.
