Lochem is a small town with a rich character and a popular destination for those seeking peace and nature. It offers everything from shops and restaurants to quality schools, sports clubs, hotels, an open-air theatre and a theatre venue. There is also a train station.

Looking for city life? The A1 motorway is just ten minutes away. Within 15 minutes you can park in the center of Zutphen, and Deventer is only 25 minutes away.

Ground floor
You approach the house via a winding forest path. The villa has a welcoming, classic entrance leading into a bright and spacious hallway. To the left are the cloakroom and staircase; to the right are the toilet, access to the kitchen-diner and the central hall.

The kitchen-diner is a generous space with an en suite layout. Large windows and a skylight flood the room with natural light, making it a wonderful place to cook while enjoying the surrounding views.
