Timeless Urbanism Meets Idyllic Escape

Milan luxury properties offer unrivalled access to Italy’s fashion, finance, and culture. The city’s refined residential quarters radiate international sophistication, while the Milanese hills provide tranquil, leafy retreats just beyond the urban centre. Here, classical villas, architectural icons, and modern sanctuaries are curated for discerning global buyers seeking both connectivity and privacy. Milan and its verdant surrounds stand as the confluence of historic grandeur and contemporary design.

The Prestige of Milan & the Milanese Hills

Milan’s dynamic economic engine and world-renowned design pedigree fuel sustained demand among UHNW and HNW clientele. Exclusive enclaves such as Brera, Porta Venezia, and San Siro are sought after for their cultural cachet and neoclassical elegance, while the Milanese hills—spanning Monza to Brianza—entice with expansive estates, serene landscapes, and proximity to Lake Como. The region’s artistry, gastronomy, and global connectivity define a sophisticated lifestyle few markets can match.

The region West Liguria
West Liguria borders France and is located close to Monaco and Nice (International Airport). The region is characterized by picturesque medieval towns like Dolceacqua, Apricale, Bussana, Castel Vittorio, Bajardo & Isolabona, Pigna etc. well known by the winding alleys "Carrugi" (Narrow streets).

But also beach, sea and city lovers will find their pleasure in the seaside resorts of Ventimiglia, Bordighera and San Remo.

The Limone (Piedmont) Ski area is at an hour's drive from Ventimiglia.

Liguria is not yet crowded by mass tourism and although in the towns along the coast there is always a cosy Italian rush, peace and privacy prevail at the country side.

Weather in Liguria
The western part of Liguria is known for its mild (micro) climate and annual low amount of rain.

This means that Liguria is characterized by a relatively constant temperature and it does not often become colder than on average 10 °C or warmer than on average 30 °C. With an average of 300 sunny days a year, Liguria is one of the sunniest regions in Italy!
