Although she brings over three decades of experience in finance, her daily commitment still feels as driven and energetic as ever. As Financial Controller, she oversees the entire administrative and financial operations of Baerz & Co, always with a sharp eye for detail and a deep sense of responsibility.

Ingrid manages the full scope of financial and administrative tasks, from maintaining complete bookkeeping and preparing annual accounts and statutory publications to guiding tax filings and providing clear fiscal advice. Thanks to her pragmatic insight and broad expertise, our internal processes run smoothly, allowing the organization to focus confidently on growth and quality. She also leads a small and skilled team, where her open communication and calm leadership style create structure, reliability and a positive working environment.
