Tierra Viva is a collection of luxury branded villas developed in collaboration with Automobili Lamborghini, translating the marque's design philosophy into private residential architecture for the first time in Spain. Fifty-three villas occupy a privileged hillside position in Paraíso Alto, Benahavís, one of the most sought-after addresses on the western Costa del Sol, with panoramic views over the Mediterranean, the golf valley below and the mountains of the interior.

The Lamborghini influence is not superficial. It defines the proportions, the material palette and the spatial logic of every villa in the collection. The architecture is horizontal and aerodynamic, with deep cantilevered overhangs, angular volumes and full-height glazing that frames the landscape as a living element of the interior. Yellow accents, the marque's signature, appear with restraint throughout the interiors. The overall effect is a home that communicates performance and precision at the same scale and with the same conviction as the cars that inspired it.

Every villa is delivered unfurnished but fully fitted to an exceptional specification. Miele kitchen appliances, Duravit and Villeroy and Boch sanitaryware, Hansgrohe or Gessi sanitary fixtures, Cosentino and Inalco surfaces throughout, aerothermal heating and cooling by Daikin or Vaillant and a private passenger elevator connecting all levels. A glass car elevator, available in select units, positions the owner's vehicle as an illuminated sculptural feature within the entrance volume of the home.

Tierra Viva is situated in Paraíso Alto, a residential area of Benahavís that sits between the Marbella Club Golf Resort and the first-home residential market of the western Costa del Sol. The position places residents five minutes from the Mediterranean coastline, twelve minutes from Puerto Banús, sixteen minutes from the Marbella Club Golden Mile and eighteen minutes from Nobu Hotel Marbella. Málaga airport is forty-five minutes by road. The surrounding area is characterised by established villa developments, international golf clubs, private schools and the full infrastructure of the Costa del Sol at its most refined.

The Lamborghini Design Language

Lamborghini's design philosophy centres on three principles: performance, precision and provocation. At Tierra Viva, these translate directly into residential architecture. The angular geometry of the facades references the wedge-shaped aerodynamic forms of the vehicles. The layered horizontal terracing echoes the low-slung profile of the cars. Interior surfaces are selected for the same quality of touch and visual weight that defines the brand's cockpit environments. The collaboration is not a licensing arrangement. It is a genuine creative partnership, and the result reads accordingly at every scale, from the overall massing of the villas to the detailing of the kitchen cabinetry.

Specification at the Highest Level

Every material and fitting at Tierra Viva has been selected without compromise. Kitchen countertops and cabinetry are from Cosentino, Inalco or equivalent. Appliances throughout are Miele or similar. Bathroom sanitary fixtures are Hansgrohe, Gessi or Duravit. Sanitaryware is Duravit or Villeroy and Boch. Flooring in the foyer and living areas is local marble. Bedroom and kitchen floors are porcelain marble-look surfaces from Cosentino or Inalco. The aerothermal heating and cooling system is from Daikin or Vaillant. Every villa includes double-glazed windows throughout, precast concrete pavers on the driveway, a concrete boundary wall and a private passenger elevator. The sauna, steam room and spa room are fully fitted with high-quality solid surface finishes and Duravit sanitaryware. The home theatre shell is provided ready for the owner's audio-visual installation.

Ownership, Taxes and Payment

Tierra Viva is open to all nationalities and permits joint buyers. One hundred percent foreign ownership is permitted. The payment plan is structured as thirty percent at signing, twenty percent after twelve months and fifty percent at handover in June 2028. VAT applies at ten percent on villa units and twenty-one percent on plots. Additional purchase costs include stamp duty at 1.2 percent of the sales value, notary and land registry fees of approximately three thousand euros, and council tax at 0.61 percent of the cadastral value after handover. Wealth tax is zero percent. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, crypto and manager's cheques. Resale is permitted following clearance of the initial thirty percent payment. A service charge of €0.33 per square metre per month applies, calculated on the total plot area.
