Payment plan
The development provides a structured and investor-oriented payment plan designed for flexibility and clarity:
• Reservation deposit – €10,000 for residences valued up to €1 million; €20,000 for residences above €1 million; and €50,000 for penthouses
• Upon signing the Preliminary Agreement – 10% of the purchase price (minus the reservation deposit), payable within 30–60 days after reservation
• First installment – 30% of the purchase price (adjusted for prior payments), due in the second quarter of 2026
• Second and third installments – 25% in line with construction progress, scheduled for January 2027 and January 2028
• Final installment – 20% upon completion and handover, anticipated in the first quarter of 2029
