Claudia Ravelli

Claudia Ravelli is the organisational force behind Baerz & Co’s international operations. Born and raised in Milan, she earned her Master’s degree in Marketing & Communication Sciences at the University of Florence, combining an instinctive understanding of people with a natural talent for structure, communication and organisation.

Before joining Baerz & Co, Claudia built her career across Europe, holding international management positions in Paris and Munich within the real estate industry. Working across different countries, cultures and business environments taught her that successful international collaboration depends on more than good systems alone. It requires knowing who needs what, when to act, and how to keep people connected without losing the personal touch.

Since joining Baerz & Co in 2020, Claudia has become a central figure in the day-to-day coordination of its international network. She oversees the workflows between clients, partner agencies, advisors and the Baerz organisation, ensuring that enquiries reach the right people, commitments are followed through and communication continues seamlessly across borders. In an organisation where opportunities can originate in one country, involve an agency in another and lead to a client relationship somewhere else entirely, Claudia brings order, continuity and momentum.

What distinguishes Claudia is her ability to understand remarkably quickly what people need, sometimes before they have fully articulated it themselves. She sees connections, identifies priorities and turns complex situations into clear next steps. Rather than simply managing processes, she manages the people and expectations behind them. Her style is warm and approachable, yet precise; she gives her team room to take responsibility while maintaining a clear overview of what requires attention.

Fluent in four languages, Claudia moves naturally between cultures and personalities. She understands the expectations of both high-net-worth clients and the independent luxury real estate agencies within the Baerz network: discretion, responsiveness and the confidence that every introduction will be handled with care. For many of our international relationships, Claudia is the person who makes Baerz & Co come to life behind the scenes, connecting people, coordinating actions and making sure that no opportunity or relationship gets lost along the way.

Outside of work, Claudia lives in Basiglio with her husband and their three children. Home life is deliberately grounded. She loves spending time in her greenhouse growing her own vegetables, playing golf with friends and escaping with her family to the Italian lakes or the Alps. She is also actively involved with a regional charity supporting children from disadvantaged African migrant families. Family remains at the centre of her life, balanced with the same warmth, energy and sense of responsibility she brings to her work.
